CHUCK “The Toy Boy” Santoro started his work in the world of toys as the famous Toy Soldier outside of FAO Schwarz at their 5th Avenue Flagship location. He rose through the ranks in his time there finally becoming the Director of Entertainment and Demonstration for the entire company.

Chuck has been heard talking about the toy business on New York City’s #1 hit music station Z100 over the years, and has been a guest on other top radio stations all over the country. Chuck the Toy Boy has been seen on The CBS Morning Show, The Today Show, Good Morning America, The Travel Channel, VH1 and QVC as well as dozens of national morning shows.

As an actor, Chuck appeared in the Off-Broadway cast of Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding playing twelve different roles during his five-year run. He also directed and co-conceived its sister show Finnegan’s Farewell which ran for a year in NY and has been published by Samuel French Inc. Some of his other regional acting credits include Prince John in The Lion in Winter, Perchick in Fiddler on the Roof, and Brindsley Mille in Black Comedy. On television, he appeared as Peter Cabot on As The World Turns. Chuck graduated from Syracuse University with a BFA in theater. Chuck is a Founder and Chief Creative at PROSCENIUM, an Event Marketing Company in NYC, when he is not playing with toys of course.
